Christy also serves on the board of directors for the Dobbs Ferry Chamber of Commerce and has worked for WIRED, Vanity Fair, Architectural Digest, and Martha Stewart Living. Katherine specializes in orthopedic manual therapy and Craniosacral therapy, and is certified as a Pilates Rehabilitation Specialist through Polestar Pilates. She has a truly holistic approach to treatment and collaborates with a network of practitioners to care for each patient. Katherine earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 2005, and she’s an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). Her experience and extensive professional continuing education coursework in manual therapy, Pilates, Craniosacral Therapy, women’s health, TMJ dysfunction and treatment, and movement analysis allows Katherine to provide thoughtful and innovative treatments for her patients.

Christina Cohen is the Founder and Principal of Christina Michelle Interiors, a full-service interior design firm. Christina has her bachelor of science and interior design degrees from Los Angeles's Woodbury University and draws on nearly two decades experience working for a prestigious Manhattan architectural firm. She brings her eye for color, texture and scale to residential, commercial and retail projects, where she artfully blends her personal aesthetic with her clients’ style and belongings. Christina’s thoughtful, collaborative approach is also valued by homeowners and realtors who come to her for staging and market readiness consultations. Christina Michelle Interiors is CIDQ-accredited and affiliated with ASID and IIDA.

Izabela is the owner of Delta Trimming, a full service design and build firm. She has her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Berkeley College, where she is also working towards a degree in interior design. Izabela worked in the financial, telemarketing and retail industries for over a decade, during which time she honed her organizational skills, creativity, and strategic thinking. She discovered her passion for creating beautiful interiors once she began working for a remodeling company in 20TK. Izabela is a mother and a wife. She loves cooking, healthy living, and can't live without coffee and beach vacations.

Co-FOUNDER ira frazin architects
Ira Frazin studied architecture at Columbia University and at Arizona State University as an undergraduate. He started his own company in 2001 after several years working as a junior partner in a New York-based small design firm. He has extensive experience working on residential, commercial and industrial projects. In addition to numerous renovations, additions for family homes (including an original Frank Lloyd Wright), he has worked on concept design for MTV; tenant office build-outs for financial, medical, film production clients; storefronts for major NYC retail chains, schools, dormitories, and an electrical substation for an MTA subway line. His goals with any project are to increase its economic value, discover the best ways to facilitate the user’s daily activities (working, playing, shopping, learning, etc.) through spatial relationships, and to use innovative and sustainable materials, anchoring the project in the present with an eye to the future.

Diana has been practicing Pilates for over fifteen years. Her love of the discipline began after a series of classes helped heal a persistent case of sciatica. She began teaching mat classes in NYC in 2002, then began to offer reformed-based private sessions from her home in 2007 -- armed with certifications from both IM=X and Power Pilates. With the arrival of her first baby, Diana decided to commit herself to the practice full-time, leaving behind a career in publishing. She also has a certification from the Kane School of Functional Anatomy at Kinected, where she began seeing the more holistic benefits of Pilates (and where she truly began to identify as an anatomy geek). As a founding member of HudCo, Diana is looking forward to expanding her reach, and sharing the power of breath, fluidity, and alignment with health seekers near and far. COMPANYNAME TK offers state-of-the-art equipment, a gorgeous space shared with Katherine Bagby of Cultivate Mobility, and a team of individuals whose expertise span a wide range of disciplines. She lives in Dobbs Ferry, NY with her husband, two daughters, and a dog who thinks she's a cat.

Josephine is a B2B marketing strategist, passionate about aligning sales and marketing. She provides actionable insight that will help you get more from your sales and marketing campaigns. She will ensure a company's message is consistent internally and on external ad campaigns, and will bring potential customers one step closer to the sale. She spent fifteen years working for publishing and conference companies including eMap, Centaur, and Worldwide Business Research where she was Head of Event Marketing. Her specialties include, lead generation, sales and marketing alignment, customer experience, agency relations, CRM database and content management usage and digital strategy. She has extensive knowledge of major email, cms, crm, project management, and analytics systems.

She is a former magazine editor, and her essays and articles have appeared in numerous national publications including The New York Times, Real Simple, Martha Stewart Living and Bon Appetit, where she and her husband Andy Ward co-wrote “The Providers” column from 2011-2017. She lives in Dobbs Ferry, NY with Andy and their two daughters.
